$1million over 2 years.
If they manage to retain James Tamou as well at proper market value (current Test player) without shedding other players, how is that possible?
*Michael Morgan has just become a Test player as well, surely that triggers a pay increase in his contract for 2017.
We are flat out trying to retain Norman, Peats, Wicks, Gordon, Taka? and lost Junior.
I said they resign everyone with a pay rise and buy more player and still be under the cap WOW how can they do it
It's only half a mill Wiz.
A block of land with town houses $400,000 under market value and "lets just call it even"
I think they are throwing in a sea plane to keep Tamou so he can visit family in Sydney.
Houses for all!!!
They've got a good number of players off-contract on decent coin and a few of those are expected to leave, given the talented youngsters they have waiting in their ranks that they want to blood.
You'll find that there's a high possibility that Kane Linnett for example leaves the club, with the view being to start Kalyn Ponga at centre.
Kane Linnett is a plodder Thurston makes him look a decent first grader. He'd be dogshit at most other clubs.
How about if the ATO released the earnings of the players for the last financial year, along with the NRL releasing contract values and TPAs
Compile them as a team and compare.
That would make for some interesting reading Id think.
Not disagreeing, but just making the point that they're set to offload current first-graders to help shore up that cap space needed to retain Coote.
