    It's a 10 day cooling off period at the moment but teams cannot announce the signing unless it's confirmed

      True, the player and club has to wait until the 10 day cooling off period has elapsed before making any announcement.

    THERE IS NO LONGER A COOLING OFF PERIOD, once a player signs that's it, the cooling off period was abolished this season.
