According to Zero Tackle, Connor Watson is off contract at the end of this season.
When Newcastle are winning in the forwards, he regularly comes on and takes advantage with his speed around tired forwards.
Connor is also capable at covering various positions on the field.
With all this in mind is he a player we should be looking for as our #14 from next season and beyond?
When our forwards are in control he can come on and open the game up for us or if we are losing the ruck he could come on and give our hooker a rest along with providing that coverage for other positions.
I think we should atleast ask him if he is interested.

He has been one of the best for the knoghts this season. They don't want to lose him so will be offering a lot more money than utility role money.
Great player and would be handy, don't think we need him considering he would want a starting role.
Will Smith plays that role for us and he does a good job of it. We'd be paying more for Watson to do the same role Smith is doing for us.
