Congratulations Jarryd Hayne!

First of all I would just like to congratulate the entire team on their performance tonight. What we witnessed was a tem who dug deep and gave it all they had to produce one of their most remarkable performances of the season. Congratulations to Parra and the Tigers, it was wonderful. However, I just want to give a wrap to Jarryd Hayne – not simply for his remarkable talent but for the courage and maturity he has shown this year. After a restless season last year and getting a little bit carried away, Jarryd Hayne has grown up this year to accept responsibility, a leadership role in our team and has fulfilled the potential which we all knew he had. Other players go through rough patches, and fall deeper into the hole which they have created. Tim Smith comes to mind. Jarryd Hayne though has grit his teeth, persevered and admitted that he acted like a pork chop last year. Now we as fans are lucky enough to be seeing the benefit of his unbelievable change in attitude. He is a credit to himself, his coach, his team mates and our club.He is a mature, talented individual who deserves all the success that comes his way. I am so proud that he is in my team. :-)

  • To think that 10 months ago he almost left the game.
  • Yeah very nice Blog.

A mate of mine was at the Winston a few months ago with the family for dinner and Hayne was there, as a PARRA fan I asked what was he doing? My mate said just having a bet and drinking Orange Juice.... I smiled : ) so good to see, a guy can go out and relax and stay in control.

Boy we are heading in the right direction.
  • Lets hope that Inu and Mateo are following in his footsteps.
  • RLW gave him another 10 last week, he must be a chance of getting back-to-back 10s which would be unprecedented!

    Dally M Medal anyone?
  • The Chosen One accepts ur praise!
    • Are you his manager MaxZ/3iaGGiZ. If so can you get him to sign the bloody contract!

"I do not think they pick Tago. i reckon it is Samrani on that wing, purely based on Ryles picking him there before and playing decent there. Or if he is fit Dunster gets a crack."

"Not next week EA, a few weeks down the track, cant do it this week with Lomax out. But i feel Samrani will do ok, not great but do a job.
Turbo will be picked for NSW, too much noise around it. Him, Jake, DCE and Olakau'atu. "
