I just cannot but feel great sadness for the families of the 2 young police officers who lost their lives whilst just undertaking a simple routine enquiry. Also the friendly and caring neighbour who just went to help. It's absolutely devastating losing a loved one at any age or at anytime time but during the Christmas period it's even more heartfelt. I'm sure the investigation being undertaken will bring out all the details and probably things people don't want to hear. It's so important to seek professional help when the pressures of life become unbearable. It's clearly obvious already from what has already been released via the media that those responsible had some very deep, serious issues that perhaps if treated earlier may not have led to this tragedy. My deep heartfelt condolences to all those who've lost a loved one.

  • This is a terrible event that affects so many people and has ramifications for many years . Ambushing and slaughtering two young police officers going about their job is the work of sick demented individuals . Whoever was working that day and responded that day was going to be the innocent victims .

life will never be the same for the police officers working with the deceased , the ambulance officers who attended , the family of the poor innocent civilian victim,  people who interacted with all the parties .  It doesn't end well .

Rip those poor souls .  Everyone is feeling the pain .  Life is fleeting and can be snatched from us in a blink .

  • Glad they killed the psychopaths.

  • Senseless stuff.
