To be honest, this image although OK for a piss take for bulldogs fans has overall bad connotations for the NRL. This definately hurts the image the dogs and the game want to have.
Why is is that this is the most important statement for this individual? If he was eating KFC or Macca's would it make the news?
"A McDonald's diner and butcher is among four men....." It would be pretty stupid wouldn't it? Why should this be any different. They don't mention his religion or ethnic background but find it important to mention what team he supports?
