The Dyldam Parramatta Eels and Wentworthville Magpies have come to an understanding to realign the coaches of the NSW Cup and NYC Holden Cup teams for the remainder of the 2015 season.
From Round 14 onwards, Steven Hales and Brett Cook will swap their roles for the remainder of the 2015 season with Steven Hales coaching the Wenty Magpies NSW Cup team and Brett Cook coaching the Parramatta Eels NYC Holden Cup team.
Head of Football Operations Daniel Anderson said the shake-up would prove both challenging and potentially beneficial for the pair.
"While the change will take both coaches out of their comfort zone, it also provides a unique opportunity to progress their development as coaches in a unique situation,” Anderson said.

sounds like one or both of them have lost their respective change rooms
Just quietly Craig, spelling not your strong point dude? Tip, proof read before you hit ADD?
This has "SUSS" written all over it
it also provides a unique opportunity to progress their development as coaches in a unique situation,” - in other words..can't get any f...ing worse for both teams
Daniel Anderson needs to look at his results: FG; Last, NYC :Second last, NSW CUP: Last, as head of Football operations I think his performance/processes needs to be put under the microscope . very poor results to date
Swap Anderson with the senior ball boy.
How effective is he, though Miatch? Hard to deny we have three under-performing sides.
Sack DA. Proof is in the pudding, all grades are performing crap and we would be better off without anyone in that position and save the coin being wasted on him else where.
