I watch yesterday's game and see the players aren't switched on for the games that they should win. I look at clubs like Melbourne storm and think they don't have better players, just better coaches to keep the players head on for every game. I love BA but think it's time to move him and staff on , f we can't win it this year. I remember Brian Smith the same way great guy and well loved as a coach but couldn't get the team a premiership

Yeah unfortunately the club won't sack him
Parramatta board is not interested in winning a comp they showed that by renewing his Contract they care about membership numbers and a positive win/loss record that's why BA kept his job. A premiership would be a positive by product of bring a consistent top 8 team but not the priority.
At least that what it looks like
This is the point. To all those who regurgitate that hackneyed old line " The coach didn't miss the tackles, the coach didn't drop the ball" in an attempt to absolve BA of any responsibilities from pathetic performances like the loss to the Tigers and worst of all the embarrassing flogging by the worst team in two or more seasons, ask yourselves this, man for man is the Storm player list better than ours? Definitely they have a better fullback with Paps playing and a better 5/8, a better hooker, thats it, we have them covered in every other position, except coaching. Yet look at what they achieve, the coaching makes a massive difference.
BA has done his part and the club should be grateful but now it's time for coach who can take us to the next level. Who that is, I've no idea
Everyone 99% of fans knows Brad Arthur is not the answer and it's more than likely those that were responsible for giving him the job know but they're too gutless to get rid of him. They're all in it for the money and their superannuation fund
It feels like the club is aiming for a decent win, lose average, like the fans will be happy that if they go to, or watch a game and there is a better than average chance of the team winning then they'll be satisfied. It's certainly not the case as a fan but I'm starting to tell myself that's all I should be hopefull for, a win every other week.
