In years gone by the club used to provide functions for supporters on match days.
In the late 80s and early 90s, the bistro provided champagne breakfasts on Sunday match days. These were brilliant and very cheap.
In the late 70s 2 players would have dinner in the restaurant in the club after Sunday match days then move around to chat to the other diners. This was very popular and you had to make reservations weeks in advance but as a teenager it gave me the chance of meeting and talking to Mick Cronin and other players.
During the Super League years and during the first incarnation of Monday night football, bands would be provided as pre-match entertainment. Seeing bands like the Angels pre match was a real buzz and gave extra energy so it became like a big match atmosphere.
Any suggestions about what the club could do or your own memories of match day entertainment. BTW - seeing reserve grade again would be great too!

Hence why we dont have entertainment or lunch at the Leagues Club/functions.
These are obviously extra costs but it would be great to have al teast something.
