The first thing Cleary told the West Tigers players was:- "If you are not on the bus you are off the bus." Then he added:-" if you are off the bus you can go out the front door." The very next day Mitchell Moses told the West Tiger`s administration that he wanted an immediate release to go to the Eels because he had agreed to the Eel`s terms for a contract.Cleary, when informed, refused Mose`s request saying no one is leaving until the end of the year--clearly in breach of what he said less than twenty four previously. He is not a man of his word. One wonders what the West players will make of that contradiction? The reports in today media suggesting that Woods and Teddy would be leaving to go the the Dogs seems to indicate those players don`t think too much of that contradiction. Also, today, Cleary says he will try and get Moses to renege on his signing with the Eels! Is such an action legal? It would be doubtful in my opinion. A little thing like that would not worry Cleary apparently.

They won't release him to us when we are playing them this week.
And Yes Robert. There is a 10 day cooling off period with NRL contracts.
Just like purchasing property in NSW where you can have a 5/10 day cooling off period.
People pull out of contracts in the cooling off period all the time for a multitude of reasons.
I think we will get Moses, and in time for our clash against Panthers, but what would I know.
Brooks is backflipping to sign with Storm.
