  The TPAs are already counted under the cap. And we are cap compliant, with a strong squad. If it's not a problem this year why would it be a problem next year, especially with Foran's salary available.

  parramatta board tried every thing in the book to get top players, its very clear now they just was not up to working out the nrl 3rd party deals  and how the cap works and rules, they just was not smart enough that surely is facts,why the cowboys, dogs, roosters , bronco's  souths, and manly and the sharks can get top players under the caps and getting 3rd party deals , the eels board has said by reports we just can't beat these clubs.

  parra board was like santa to there players, but broke the rules it seems.

  so where do we get a board who are smarter ,and know the rules and can match the bronco's and cowboys and roosters in 3rd party deals, maybe we can't get the right people, who could under stand the nrl and todd greenberge ..

  it all unfair.. when you have to cheat the cap to get even close to the bronco's ..the nrl going down hill fast..can the ceo last doubt it...

  All reports say we have a 600k loading for next year, 500k for the year after and 100k for the years after that, and yes it is that amount off our cap spending, TPAs that we claimed as third party which the NRL deemed are not are no loaded into our cap not off it.

  They will probably slug us Forans TPAs even though he isn't here too, same with Semi if he was to go for what ever reason, make no mistake these are penalties.

    It's just that you seem to know everything about our TPAs for the next couple of years. How much of this year's TPAs have been included under the cap? Or don't you know that?

  The point is our cap won't be reduced, instead we will be spending more for a couple of players under the cap than we intended (because the TPAs are now added). This is an important difference, because it compares our cap 'penalty' next year to this year: IF WE WILL HAVE THIS CAP 'PENALTY' IN 2017 THEN WE ALREADY HAVE IT RUGHT NOW, even after shedding Peats, Watmough and Morgan. If we were going to struggle because of this cap 'penalty' next year we would be struggling this year. But we aren't struggling - we have one of the best performing teams, and that's with Foran's cap value sitting on the sideline. So next year our cap 'penalty' will be less than this year, plus we have Foran's money to spend as well.
