  Funny thing is I grew up with a Uruguayan and he would call me skip, and we'd nicknamed him mars bar due to his dark colour, he could call me skip whitey, or i could call him wog/ mars bar, but their was no ill intent, just us mates understanding that its the way in which is is said. If a stranger said it to him he'd rip their head off. Just how things have changed, I'm not saying its ok to call anyone a wog, and could understand it to be quite offensive.
  Sorry bit off track, Kingswood Country was funny though.
