Chrissy Sandow

Can somebody tell me why there are people in this site who want sandow gone? I honestly rate him as our best player and would much rather keep him and let go of someone like Norman

  • Don't get me wrong I hope we do keep sandow but he has to take a pay cut to stay

And with Norman we be mad to let him go with one more year to run on he contract  we be pay him to play with some other club

    • You will have to pay big bucks to keep him. Sides like Cronulla and Nth Queensland will be looking at him.

    • I have heard that the titans are looking to sign Corey
  • Most of it is based on previous form. Don't think as many people are calling for his head so far this year.
    • Yeah last year getting the Parra player of the year and a Top 10 Dally M spot was horrible.
I understand how based on that form people don't like him.
  • Some people look at how he has gone at the eels over his entire contract, not just last night.

    How'd he go last week?

That's what you get with Chrissy. Incredible one week, barely there the next.

He consistently mentions how much he misses Cherbourg in interviews which is probably the reason.

If we get him for less than he is currently on then maybe.

    • I am for keeping him #keepchrissy. I agree w others that Norman can go to fb hoppa back to centres . Now that we have gud forwards Chrissy can thrive we haven't had that before .
  • I 100% agree José, Sandown is an elite halfback and there are not to many of those in the NRL.

  • Because he doesn't do it often enough. I like Chris Sandow, when he is on, he is one of the best players in the league. But he is way to inconsistent. If he wants to be a part of this team he has to be consistent. Right now, is keep Norman over him.
  • Well either Norman or Sandow will go and Norman has a yr still to go.

Both halves are playing well and both will have to keep playing well.

Last night both were used in attack on either side and both used for kicking.

Who knows which way BA will go.

"It was, as he had control of his contract. If you are Sanders' agent and Parra say here is a 3 year deal til 2027. You see Moses signed til 2028 with options and Brown til 2031 with options. But Canberra have a 3 year deal with Fogarty having one…"
