first 5 games only on NRL site ...standby!
How does Matt Scott get cleared for his crusher against us?
exactly what I was thinking Y2Eel. There was nothing in Manu's "crusher" either yday.
Dyldam Parramatta Eels second-rower Manu Ma'u has been charged by the Match Review Committee for Grade 1 Dangerous Contact (Head and Neck) during the Eels' Round 4 win over the Wests Tigers on Easter Monday.
The charge, for a tackle on Wests Tigers second-rower Josh Aloiai in the 58th minute of the game, carries a base penalty of 100 points, with loading added for prior similar and non-similar offences, and 65 carry-over points.
An early guilty plea would see Ma'u miss 2 weeks of competition, while a guilty finding at the judiciary would also result in a 2 week suspension.
The Eels have until midday on Wednesday, March 30, to respond to the charge.

Surprised he didn't get cited for his high tackle as well. This is gold for us because it gives us a 'free hit' at the judiciary with no risk if we lose so we may as well have a go
Not sure about this blog?
So how is Manu 'safe'?
They better bloody well be fighting it. There was nothing in that tackle at all. This game is becoming more and more like soccer
