  • How old is he these days?
  • 30 years old. Couldnt do any worse than MK
  • Unfortunately he's better than what we have at 9 at the moment. Hope he's under 100k
  • Just go to the sunshine coast paper and it's first story in rugb league
  • Yeah he was fairly nippy out of dummy half and can pass a good ball like KK did last year for us
  • Not a bad buy given his utility value.
It'll be interesting to see whereabouts he will play in 2011, whether that is at hooker,five-eighth or halfback.
  • I just hope they dont put him ahead of Ant Mitchell otherwise could be another jnr ready to leave the club. I wouldn't mind seeing him as 14 with Ant at 9 and either morts/humble partnering Murray at the scrum base
  • Mitchell is at the club next year, and the plan is for him to re-sign at some stage.
If McGuire does play hooker, he probably will start, as Mitchell's defence still isn't at the level that it has to be to be the starting hooker.
There's no doubt he will see game time though should McGuire start.
    • I think we give him the start in the trials with Ant at 14. I think MK will be seeing a lot of Wenty next year. They better resign him as soon as they can
