Can we now finally stop saying he is not up to it and is too unreliable. The bloke has turned up every game this year. He was dropped to the bench a few weeks ago for Davey after playing a blinder. He comes back and plays his best game again in D and attack. I'd play him over Davey. He overs something and the new Carty is reliable!

He is having the best season of his career, BA works his magic again with a cast off forward playing below their ability. BA has a proven track record at doing this over the whole term of his career here as head coach.

Carty needs minutes & confidence, and to know he won't be dropped if he makes one error. Have backed him since day one.
He'd be close to the highest footy IQ we have on the field in my opinion, he sees opportunities others simply dont.
He's basically a 3rd half out there for us, and his defence has improved out of site. Him and Lane are the first choice edges at full strength for me.
Yep he calls shots when he sees an opportunity. He has been good at holding it back if the opportunity is closed off as well

who starts in the backrow row out of Carty and matto since we have great middles on the bench. Our forward pack depth is crazy. Maka and Ogden were great and won't get a chance. Doorey was doing good off the bench and won't even make it. Murchie is even there who was our main bench forward to start the year. We won't include moinesia.
Injuries usually sort out those log jams. If not its a good problem and hopefully he picks on form.
Ryan Matterson needs to be in our 17. I was pissed at him season starting, but he is all quality.
