Careful with Zero Tackle

I have just had to remove a blog posted by BEM that was originally from Zero Tackle.

This is not because I am stifling team discussion or anything of the like.

It was brought to my attention that Zero Tackle had falsified Jim Sarantinos' quotes. He made those comments last year, not this week.

It's not BEM's fault, but it is a reminder not to trust a very questionable site like Zero Tackle.

Falsified quotes or stories, if republished here, have the potential to bring legal attention to the site.

  • It makes sense as why would any media outlet actually discuss BA's future after one bad loss? If we lose to the Roosters then Souths then yeah maybe.

  • To be fair Zero Tackle often has more journalistic integrity than the main NRL journos. They would have just simply made up the gist of the quotes and said they heard them through an "unnamed source".
