We got two players replacing eight players one of them not commented to us because he going to the Broncos next year and wont be trying to hard and trying not to get hurt and other one looking for full up hes retirement fun
So bring on 2026 season

Moses, if fit, is getting picked. Hence our signing of Pezet to have an actual Halfback when he is not there.
First off I always look foward to a new season.
A bit of trepidation is there but I think our improvement will focus around the players we do have improving in the attack and defensive systems introduced last season.Our success will also be based around availability and players who were given a shot making that incremental step foward in the improvement stakes.Sure we lost some key guys namely Brown and Lomax but I still think the seasons there for the taking if we are good enough.
Brown and lomax replaced by debalin and pezet . If the signings put in all games we will be better off
One 1EE contributor stated that each club has an average finishing position ....ours is 9.25. Guessing we'll be somewhere around that mark.
I have zero expectations for this year and indeed any year. That way I do not get disappointed. If we go well that means I have some excitement out of the season.
After seeing how Moses finished the season in 2025 our 2026 season bascially is in his hands. The rest of the team is solid and does their job but the class of Mitch Moses is what wins you games. If he is healthy we will be in the 8

WE will play the game that suits our cattle. Fast play, fast transitions, good ball movements and halves taking on the line when opportunities present. Pezet will create room for MOSES and they can set up both sides and attack with kicks or set plays. Excited to see the best running half in the game creating havoc. He has shown he only needs a sniff and he will take you on. WE definately need to bring someone new through that not only plays 20-25 games but value adds to the team.
Spot on, Pezet is going to free Moses up dramatically. Our draw to start the season is pretty tough but I think in the long run we will push for top 6
I don't see us getting worse, But getting better. These kids will only get better under ryles. Guymer,tuivati,da silva,kitouga,longi,papali will get better in 26 and the old boys also in the mix i see us finishing 6th or even higher.
Of course we have the usual on here that have us failing but everyone is entitled to their opinion ...bring on the season.

Risati is a dual talent playing both union nsw and league . He has a game like Matt Burton in that he prefers to run first and pass on contact or just after. He is capable of filling out and being a dangerous player like Fittler in that he also steps well and kicks short very well and off memory goal kicker as well. Another one that we aren't talking about is cyrel Bloomfield . This kid is brimming in more natural skills that 95% of his age . He came through as a fullback and played HM as centre , wing as well. His issue is discipline and staying focussed and not playing loose at times when the grind and set for set is required. His competition this year is Cameron Bamblett and Riley Davis as well .
we have so many kids on the cusp of nrl we need to hold our nerve . Not pay overs for a middle of the road player.
