I was a bit more optimistic last week before that disappointing loss this weekend against the Warriors but I am interested to hear what you think. Is anyone hopeful anymore that we could play finals football? Personally I think we need to win our next 3 or 4 in a row (which would seem near impossible based on past weeks) to have any chance at finals footy.
Here is how I think we have our best chance though. I hope Sandow has another blinder on the weekend and comes back in the following week, I think we need him to score the points needed regardless of if he is in our future plans. I think Jnr Paulo will add much needed grunt and yardage and I hope that there is no IDG and Sef on the bench.
This perhaps with a bit of luck in getting Gordon over to fill our #1 spot and help balance us out a bit better.
Thoughts? My head tells me we are set for a very disappointing finish.

On the positive side, we can give a few younger players a chance. Goodall, Kamicamica, Fuuamino, Davis, Matto, French Twal.

Michael Gordon is close to signing with us before round 13.
look if your story is right ,and sandow free to go to another club now ,some much bigger shit has gone down with sandow and brad arthur and the eels club, blind freddy knows that, to me sandows head at times has not been in the right place, in my view with sandow past, you just can't expect him to be happy dropping $150,000 a season, for foren,thats where it all started ....
and i think parras recent form is all about who will stay and go next year.
if you put this on contracting foren and beau scott, you are asking for others to look for other clubs, facts are its ruined 2015 for the eels,a clean out coming, it will be a new look eels side next year for sure.
i think sandow is so upset over dropping money and not being wanted next season hes head in a spin, he can't take the stress, i think he needs help right now, there is more to the car crash, and more to some parts of he game over the past 6 games , look at videos you will see what i mean.
its all to do with foren coming,, i even saw from a blog, foren said he never said he wanted sandow as he half back, this needs to be handled very wise, chris sandow in trouble ..brad arthur and hes staff know why,other know too, its better chris sandow leaves now rather then later for hes health and wellbeing, stress some cant handly at all.. thank you.. who can handle losing big money ,ask your self?.
If Sandow actually has some issue, I don't see why they wouldn't keep him for the rest of the year and offer him help (as they have tried to do before). They have a duty of care whilst he is contracted to use the resources they have.
Unless I'm on the wrong track with what you are saying?
