Reading Weidler article seems that Klemmer has 100k tpa for next couple of years and the manner this has all been reported seems that dogs have arranged the TPA.
I think as the first club in the salary cap era to lose points and getting sanctioned without being the club that spent most ( read reports of TPAs at broncos, storm etc which is higher per year then our breach amount ) we need to ensure other clubs cop the same fate we did especially when they are all brazen with the financial offers that they share contracts with journos to make comments on

If the TPA is in Klemmer's contract, and Danny Weidler is claiming he has eye balled the contract, then the TPA will have been included in the contract, the NRL will have rubber stamped it, it's already been calculate under the Dogs cap.

Clubs can organise TPAs, just means the amount gets included in the cap calculation.

No I just think we got a raw deal considering the rooster and broncos etc with their "legit" TPA spent more on players then the year that we got done for yet we got smashed for it , and all the blatant talk of TPAs organised by clubs is a joke
