The way this guy has managed to give this team the mental toughness, in the year of unheralded adversity week after week and still win, is just absolutely astonishing.The Eels were scraping the bottom of the barrel for years before Brad arrived, lost one of our greatest players in Hayne. Nobody gave us a chance.The development of once no names - Kenny Edwards, Manu Mau, Terepo, even Wicks, the improvement in Corey Norman's game, and Arthur's eye for the younger generation coming through. Look at the players he has released, hardly any have progressed.I'm just in awe of this guy. He gives the faithful Parramatta fans what we haven't felt years - HOPE.From the hundreds of eyed eel members on here, get it done asap, whatever it takes.JUST GET IT DONE RIGHT NOW.
