Can anyone please identify this Eels jersey

As for this one I like the pattern , rugby jersey type design , 2 different shades of blue including darker shade , feels good quality material and heavier than any other jersey I own ( Pity players having to wear on a hot game day ) .    I wonder if anyone here could assist with identifying which if any year it was worn , and any other info much appreciated .... Clues : It is ISC manufactured, and has 2004 printed on label with Pirtek the sponsor on left shoulder , Pirtek taking Eels  before the start of the following ( 2005 ) season . .......THANKS

  •  I think it's the first jersey ever and would be worth an enormous amount of money however some of those markings tell me it's not correct

  • It was never worn by the team mate, its a supporter jersey, its got basically zero value.

    • It has been worn by supporters no less times than the players have won grand finals wearing the real playing jersey  . Lol . Thanks.
