Guys name is Jayden carter, he has dominated division 1 Penrith competition for years also rep football. Was voted a top 50 Australian player for under 15 a couple of years ago . Probably too young at the moment to get eyes corrected but despite this is an exciting talent. Everyone calls him goggles
Probably has terrible vision and can't get it corrected. I've got mates who have glasses that often used contacts when playing. But the downside of contacts is they can come out or get damaged and you have to come off to get them replaced.

I have bad eyesight so I wear something similar when I play sports especially soccer or tough footy.
There was a player in Soccer called Edgar Davids, dutch, he's the most famous example of wearing this. Nothing weird here.
