Calm down people

Seriously, WTF are you guys on about? When I looked at our team it was not a championship winning team. It's true we don't have a 5/8 or a hooker this is not the coaches fault, BA lost Peats because of previous administrations and lost Foran due to circumstances beyond his control.Parramatta had been linked to Bird and the pommy half, that should tell everyone that BA knows Gutho is not the answer but is his best option for this year.Parramatta are trying to bring back Peats again this should tell everyone BA knows Kyasa is not the answer.Lastly when i looked at the draw I didn't see us beating the Sharks or the Raiders at home. So for me the only game that hurts is the lost to the Gold Coast. The next two weeks we play the Tigers and warriors we need to win both games.

Yes Brad right on both fronts but go and watch them,they have intensity for only 15 to 20 minutes per half and there defence couldn't knock the froth of a cuppa chino.They fail on both fronts def and attack trust me champ at this rate were spooners for sure without massive improvement even with those two players your talking about this wouldn't change chit with attitude and commitment this is what some on this site are screaming about.

  Fat Guy, are attitude against Saints and Manly was first class. Yes it was chit against the Titans and Sharks and last night it was good for 60 minutes.

What I am most happy with is we have a broad and coach that are not going to fall into knee jerk reactions like the past.
That made us a stupid football club just like some people's knee jerk answers.
Glad that is in the past.

I think you are spot on with this post. Arthur is doing the best he can with what he's got. The only game we would have thought preseason as reasonable fans that we should have won that we haven't is the Titans game. If we played as well as we did last night against the Titans we would have won that game. We can still certainly make the eight in my opinion.

  Mick hes got a team he wanted, hes doing the best with the team he wanted, theres zero excuses left for Brad this year, he will live and die by the results.
  
  Im not even sure its healthy for Brad for people to be making excuses for or defending him, hes a coach, he would understand what comes with the territory and i reckon brads the type of guy that if he read a bit of criticism hed cop it on the chin if it was fair and use it to motivate him.
  
  Its very early days yet, heaps of time to come good but there is some very worrying signs for the season ahead imo

I thought they improved last night. Canberra are a good side. We did play good in patches. As Arthur said it's an 80 minute game. That period before half time was the killer blow. Thought they did well in the 2nd half. They didn't tthrow in the towell like they would have done in the past.

The thing that is starting to bother me is that they are becoming the most boring predictable team in the Comp there forwards have no skill the only 1 that ever looks like doing anything is mau he gets thru the line just about everytime he runs the ball & has the arm free but no one ever follows him. Another thing there backs are terrible metre makers you look at the top sides a team like the roosters for example Kenny dowall & tupou they pick up 10-20 metres everytime there coming out of there half it was the same with the raiders yesterday & the Sharks the eels backs dance around & run sideways & go nowhere

  Rozay, too many one dimensional players in our pack, too many plodders and toilers, and the sad thing is that the next bloke off the production line in Twal is exactly the same.

Last night was a big improvement. Raiders are a side that will blow teams away and 22-6 they had their chance. However, in the second half they never looked like scoring and only a very poor miss by Kaysa let them in.

  The miss from Kyasa was bad but not as bad as the decision to give Rapana a 7 tackle set on half way.
