Buying tickets on Ticketmaster

I bought two tickets for the Parra vs Broncos game around 4 weeks ago around or just after the Members only window opened. On Ticketmaster I went to the 'Buy on Map' section where you can see the seats available and at the time the best two tickets I could get in the grandstand were on the 10m line to the goalpost. I thought tickets must have been selling fast. However as there has been some recent tweets from the club to buy tickets to the game I was curious to see what tickets were actually still left. Whilst not too many I could now have bought two tickets in the grandstand on the 50m line with others still available for the 40m, 30m line. Anyone know why that is and when is actually the best times to buy tickets if you are non-ticketed member?

I did the same thing. I could only get tickets Eastern side on the 10 metro line at the southern end. This really pisses me off as I can only come down to two or three games a year( I now live in NQ) and I try to get the best seats available. Who do I ring to complain? The club or Ticketmaster? I think it is really poor form.

I'm a ticketed member and because I have not received my members cards yet, I went into the website, as directed, to print out the paper tickets but there was nothing there.
I have sent an email with 'attention Larissa' on it, as advised, asking for help but have not yet received a reply.
