Burt For NSW !!!

I went out to the Regional Stadium in Port tonight to watch the City v Country game and I thought Burty was absolutely brilliant !! I thought him and Dugan tore City to shreds and I rekon Luke would be a great inclusion in the NSW side. Would also give NSW a great goalkicker aswell, something that they have lacked in previous years. Anyone elses thoughts?

Great player, but would be a speedbump to Inglis in origin. Sorry but no.

I wouldn't say idris is that shit anymore. I've changed my opinion of him in the last couple weeks. it seems the strategy that works best with idris is, ya piss him off he has a go. We don't need someone flashy to beat inglis. Just someone to play a role like shaun berrigan did in the 06 grand final for the broncos.... When he gets the ball you be 2 inches off his throat.

NSW have 4 certainties for their backline, Hayne @ fullback, Lyon in the centres, along with both Morris twins, one in the centres, one on the wing. That leaves a centre spot open, along with both halves. Burt wouldn't look out of place on the wing.

Dugan was great last night but the only player who might take Hayne's no1 is Gidley. The selectors seem to love him.

  Thank god bird played himself out of 5/8 cause although he is tough and suited to origin you still need skill in the halves and he has none.
