  Reality is that this is nothing different than we've been in trouble for years doing, most bigger clubs come in over the cap all the time, 160k isn't much.

    They still have a 160k advantage over other teams but apparently its ok because they paid a fine not included in their cap.

    $160k before a ball has even been kicked though. If they get injuries they could go over by a lot more

    But they are repeat offenders snake. If 2 guys rob a grocery store and one of them it's his first offence and the other had robbed a bank years earlier would they both get the same sentence?
