FIRST @7NewsSydney: @NRL_Bulldogs facing big fine after self reporting 2017 salary cap breach to #NRL. Expected to be around $100,000.

Reality is that this is nothing different than we've been in trouble for years doing, most bigger clubs come in over the cap all the time, 160k isn't much.
