BRYCE CARTRIGHT ANYONE?

Hi all.

This has probably been bought up before, but would he be a good signing for us? He has just been released by Titans effective immediately. Also. John Asiata's manager( sp) has apparently sounded us out as John wants to leave the cows. Manager has spoken to Dragons and Dogs as well.

  • Asiata will probably go to the dogs cause he will get the starting 13 position. BA is atctually good at improving players defence if you look at Field and Moses. So I would offer Cartright a train and trial contract (similar to what happened to field) for next year to see if he can improve his attitute and defence. He has a lot of natural ability which would help spark our attack.

      • Oh yea forgot about him. I don't know where Mclnes is playing next year for the dragons cause if it is at 13 with Hunt at 9, Asiata won't get a starting spot there either.

        • if de bellin gets cleared he has a contract also

          • Whens his court appearance. I thought its not till mid way next year or is than Fainu from Manly.

"Good blog Bluey. The proof is in the pudding so to speak. Parra have won or gone close to winning junior comps for decades yet this has NOT led to winning anything above SG Ball (or equivalent) since 1990 (Flegg/NYC) or 2008 (Reserves).

In recent times, it is becoming obvious that the power brokers at the Eels see our junior pathways, as our path to future glory and probably rightly so. We see new full time coaching staff / Eels scouts across the country and scholarships for…
