I didn't used to care that some teams had more quality players than us. Teams that had multiple SOO players year in year out.
Wayne Bennett would always comment how hard it was that his SOO were getting burnt out, seemed a fair comment.
Then the brave young replacements for the SOO stars would receive much praise for having a go. Good luck to them, I USED to think...
But now, after they have well and truly trashed the greatest Rugby League Club in the world. While these teams still have all their stars (and talk about signing OUR Hayne as well)...

I bet the combined salaries of last nights teams were far closer than what they would have been had the broncos had their qld stars and lets not forget broncos are also still paying barba.
But, but, but the nrl keeps telling us the salary cap evens out the comp...
