Surely being charged is enough for the club to stand him down. Had it been Lewis Dodd or a nobody at Souths they are gone.
Cheese is saying he's not guilty and court case won't be until October so for now it's play on apparently
Seriously don't these guys make enough money. How ridiculous
So the NRL, Integrity Unit and Rabbitohs have known for a while and in that time the Rabbitohs have won 3 in a row, all games he has played in.
The guy is a serial pest and renowned for such behavior he's been accused and charged of.
I am not sure why it has taken this long to come out however I am not surprised.
Lol what a surprise
Unfortunately, gambling can turn the nicest person in the world into a desperate, reckless shit storm that damages anything it touches
That's true mate. Im not sure if brandon has a young family, but anyone who has dependants and blows all their wages on gambling its just selfishness.
Pokies are the worst, complete stealing from people. If I had advice for anyone, its to stay away from pokies completely. Its too easy to fall into the trap of playing small amounts, then trying to reclaim your losses. Stear clear.
Ps, the biggest problem in this country is the governments.
Pokies suck. Not just boring, they're rigged and addictive!
It is beyond belief that the NRL has allowed a player that has been charged with betting indiscretions and has the ability to influence the outcome of a game to continue to play.
It is not just whether he can control a win or loss but the prop bets you can have ie margin, try scorers etc
