Bradman Best

One of our glaring issues is with the centre position.

Best has been dropped for this week and hasn't performed to his potential at the knights after having a breakout first season.

It appears that the knights are shopping him around. I must admit despite the fact we are in dire straights in the centre department I am unaware of any potential junior talent coming through in the centres so I believe Bradman Beat would be a good pick up.  Especially running off DBrown and Lane.

Thoughts?

I apologise if there is a previous post similar to this.

  • Be a great pick up tbh

  • There are reasons why knights are shopping him ...

    • True.  That could be said about the whole knights team tbh.  The culture up there is toxic.  Best as well as arguably the whole lot of them need a different system.

  • Would be a good buy.  Would give good depth and keep Waqa in his best position on the wing.  Would be at the expense of Haze, Russell etc...

  • Best would be a great purchase, would love to see it happen.
A natural centre which we badly need, & keeps Waqa on the wing.

We can't judge to harshly on how he's going at the Knights, things there seem a little toxic & a lot of players look very unhappy.

  • He's a back rower. He's awful at centre, gets beaten regularly by his opposite, poor hands, slow off the mark, rarely beats opposite or create a 2 on 1. Awful.

  • He needs a change

I don't see it happening but would add something special to that edge

  • Better than anyone we currently have at centre he could be unhappy who knows definate a good buy but can't see us doing anything

  • He needs a change and could be v good with the right coaching. Melb could be good for him too.
