I was just going through some footage on NRL.com and there was a short 3 minute clip of Stephen Kearney sharing some of his experiences at coaching the Eels and how that experience has helped him with the Warriors this season. I then noticed in the footage that Brad Arthur was in the coaching media box with Kearney dressed in the Eels coaching gear. I actually wasn’t aware that Brad Arthur was at the Eels in 2010 with Kearney. That has given me great confidence and I now think the Eels will make the top 4 this year. Go Brad Arthur!

I don’t smoke Mick, it’s bad for your health mate! The point of the blog is that seeing as Kearney has won the first game of the 2018 season with the Warriors and in a very good display I might add then Brad Arthur’s experience under Stephen Kearney in 2010 might just be the winning ingredient he needs.

Yes Monto, he was his assistant.
BA took over as interim head coach after SK was fired for the last 6 games of the season in 2012. When the club appointed Ricky Stuart he brought his own assistants with him, as is common practice, BA got a gig as Toovey's assistant at Manly for a year before he came back as head coach.
Manly were keen to have BA replace Toovey but couldn’t get full board agreement. Manly rated BA extremely highly
So you weren't watching when Kearney got sacked and Brad took over? How does this give you confidence that we'll make the top 4. He was also an assistant along side Kearney at the Storm,maybe Craig Bellamy should give you confidence??You're a strange man monto

I’m only joking Whylie! Ask Snake as he’s aware of my sense of humour. After viewing Brad Arthur in Kearney’s coaching media box at the Eels it actually gave me more concerns about his abilities as a coach.
