Just surprised, because he has never mentoned the Cup side in 8 years of previous pressers.

I quite like the move to give Oregan and Carty more minutes in reggies - I like that in comparison to past years our standard isn't affected as much when we lose a starter
having said that I think the weeks with D Brown really highlighted his defensive attributes and I reckon that gives the players around him confidence to stick to structure- I think we lost our way when JA was in - just my opinion

D brown is an amazing one on one defender. We sorely missed him those 3 rounds. Attacking wise he is definitely an x-factor. His speed, dummys, and the stop- start ability which is does whilst running makes defences second guess. I feel personally that he could be an excellent fullback with those traits, but he certainly holds the key for parra if we are to go deep into the finals.
I want to see him attack the right hand side more often and use the pace that himself and Dunster possess.
All those people attacking D Brown earlier in the year about his attack and what not, I want to see what you think of him since he's come back from his suspension. 3 big wins and he's allowed Moses to do what he does best, by easing pressure off him.
Dylan has always been excellent in defence, he is running at the line and involving himself in the game.
You take pressure of your 7 with a solid kicking game and creating opportunities down his side. Dylan's running and kicking game has improved slightly, but in 3 games I don't think he has created any scoring opportunities.
I agree he needs to create space for Dunster who is reasonably quick. I know he is young and still learning, but to ME he lacks the ability to read a game, commentators have said gee should have went short, or overlap on right and Dylan has not read it.
But as everyone points out he is only 21 and nearly 50 games under his belt.

Yes Graham, but he will learn to read the game as his career progresses. Some young kids innately have it, some have to learn it, some learn it quickly, sone more slowly. You only have to see how Mitch Moses' career has progressed. There are some similarities between the two. The key is to look at our spine as a collective rather than as individuals, and ours is top 4, which is why we are a top 4 team.

Yeah exactly. I just feel like he's going to leave us to go to union or something in the next couple of years, so I hope we can somehow win a premiership whilst we still have him around..
That certain someone has been in 2nd grade for almost all other rounds this season too, but BA never mentioned the team in any other press conference, so what's your point?
This is a topic i have been dreading for years and been saying the issues for years. I need to write this down as the ideas presented recently are concerning for the NRL moving forward. To summarise, the NRL are looking at, once 20 teams are in, of…
"Its 14 less. Have they go with the same amount of rounds with more teams its 50 more games.
Are you going to pay more money as a tv station or streamer for almost the same amount and less weeks overall of TV content?
The TV stations will say we get…"
"Issue is since they have done this they cannot go back. Dan Ginnane said that last year once you go to 27 rounds you cannot go back. If you do it is to 26 rounds.
Shorter season is exactly what Bennett is saying is the issue, i have said it for…"

Its all about Depth, putting pressure on the first graders and giving the youngsters the experience. Good moves.
Yeah, true.

He wont leave us for union soon. He is still far away from that level.
Bert, do you reckon that's because a certain someone was in that side on the weekend?
Scott
