Can we chill the fuck out please. 16 people are dead, 15 of them innocent bystanders. Just take a bloody beat before smashing each other over the head about politics and immigration and who you think is responsible.
If you're on this blog and arguing religion or politics, honestly reconsider what you're doing right now.
I will be suspending people without warning if you want to make this an issue.

Spot on Supereel 22. People should stop pointing fingers at one another. Respect is needed for the families of the victims. let all the facts roll out first. Don't listen to or be part of this dialogue that is going around- all you are doing is creating more division. Just chill.

Apparently 16 deaths now. This is just terrible. Why can't we just all get along with each other. Why do people do this ? It's just so senseless! Taking another person's life for what? Because you disagree with them! It's just totally insane. Those poor families! It's just sickening
If I was one of these victims I would not want people's views censored .
Australians don't want to have these tough discussions around social cohesion , sticking your head in the sand results in tragedy's like this.
We have enormous problems in this country with extremist veiws , youth and adult crime and not being truthful about the facts because it might reinforce a stereotype fuels anger in the community.
If we are going to fix these issues the truth comes first, who are these criminals, what's there background, why are judges mandated to go easy on particular crime, why aren't judges named and their records scrutinised.
If this is infact an immigrant, hate crime who vetted this family , what's our current visa process and why is it not omitting potential criminals.
Mistakes are always going to be made but there's no excuse to continually make the same ones.
Our government is partly responsible for this tragedy and people have every right to question policy.
Because whether you like it or not this has happened , so what we're doing isn't working, censoring people's views will only make it worse.
My wife's from the Eastern Suburbs and we know a lot of people caught up in this rubbish yesterday, thankfully they're all ok , but make no mistake to a man and women that we've spoken to their opinions around this are very much the same.
