Blue and Gold Festival is this Sunday

Dear slip,

We can't wait to see you THIS SUNDAY for the annual Blue and Gold Army
Festival!

Meet and greet the NRL squad and the 2016 Parramatta Eels Cheerleaders,
entertain the kids with jumping castles and interactive rides, and get a photo
with Sparky the Eels mascot!

The 2DayFM Hit Squad Jeeps will be on hand, as well as a mobile café and our
hosts, Hall of Fame Legend Nathan Cayless and 2DayFM's own Amy Goggins.

When: Sunday, February 21, 2016

Where: Top field, Pirtek Stadium, Parramatta

Time: Members only: 10.00am - 11.30am, open to all Eels Members and
fans: 11.30am - 1pm

Important parking information:

Please note the Parramatta Swimming Pool carpark will be unavailable on Sunday,
February 21. There will be very limited parking in the carpark on the North
side of the stadium so the Eels recommend that Members and fans who are
planning to drive also make plans to park in Parramatta and walk to the
stadium.

The festival is a great idea, however, why do they do it straight after a trial game? There is a whole weekend with no footy next weekend prior to the season? Can't imagine the players love waking up for a festival after a hard game

There is also a huge cricket carnival happening at Old Kings on Sunday. Players from the Sydney sixes and thunder will be in attendance. They have reserved the car park at the pool, hence the warning above.

If you are planning to go I suggest you leave home early and be ready for a long walk but what else is new attending anything at Pirtek??
