  Excuse my ignorance JL - but what is an AMstaff.

  Does that indicate it is a staffy but born in the morning?

  Beautiful little fellow. Great dogs Staffies but possibly not the right breed for Parraeels12 to debut her dog ownership :-)

  They grow to about the size of a large catle dog. Like all dogs, they need to be made aware that they are lower in the 'pack hierarchy' than the humans. With a breed as intelligent, determined and downright strong as the Amstaff, if you don't set the boundaries early you could wind up on the 6 o'clock news for all the wrong reasons!

   

  P.S. I have a Tenterfield terrier. They are a great breed and just only a bit bigger than your foot ;-)

    lol then that is definitely not the dog for me. I've finally found the dog i want, it's called a bichon frise. They're sooo cute and never grow.
