The main purpose of looking at him for the 2024 season was his ability to play Fullback. BA badly wanted a player who could fill in for Gutho in a pinch. It is why Talagi was forced into Fullback. He could have played every game last year. 20 odd games experience.

As it's been pointed out many times , our club just ain't attractive to players with options. Let's hope that changes, but the reality is players knock us back regularly.
