BIG WIN FOR WENTY

Wenty ISP racked up a big win today winning 46 to 10 against the West Tigers and now have won their last 5 games in a row (great work from the coaching staff to turn their season around).

What's very disappointing was that Willis Meehan, Pene Terepo and David Gower did not play today.  If Pene was fit he should have played today in the ISP get some match fitness and to have two guys (Gower & Terepo) not playing today was very poor management (at least one should have played for Wenty).

Lets hope that Frank Pritchard, Terepo and Gower don't sit out next weeks game.

  • Mau could have an injury problem bringing Terepo into contention.

Auva'a is the obvious choice for gutherson with French pushing back to fb.
    • Trust us to get new injuries when we have players returning from injury.  Cayless would have been looking forward to having top 25 guys in his team next week but now.

It looks like both Ma'u and Gutherson will be out next game.

Frank Pritchard is probably above Terepo in the pecking order so I'd guess he will return to first grade in front of Terepo, but I rate Terepo and I'd have Pene in front of Alvaro, Matagi and Pritchard when he has match fitness.

I think Hoffman will be selected in front of Auva'a.

  • go wenty

  • Wenty playing really well. forwards really stepped up.
