Big Week Coming

This week could end a lot of the murky turmoil for the club and should bring the focus back to how well the team are going:

- On Tuesday we find out about the NRL’s response to the breach notice. Is it possible that we lose more than 12 points or is the deafening silence from the club/NRL a sign that it will be less

- We will find out a lot more about what went on, an outline of the club’s response must be forth coming

- Hinging on that will be the Board’s position…

- One could imagine any motion for an EGM would follow quickly on the back of a negative outcome

- Semi’s position will be clarified (is this just more media click baiting?)

- Importantly, we will know the task ahead for the team in 2016

And after the dust clears, who will have the bucket of shit dumped upon them; the Eels Executive, the Telegraph, Seward, the NRL’s backward breach notice system?

I reckon the NRL will make their announcement tomorrow to make sure It's well and truely forgotten news come origin on Wednesday. I doubt we'll get much from the club's response being made public

Not surprised with all that's taken place over the last couple of months at the club. I think the NRL have totally turned this into a circus where players just don't want to be a part of. So now we have another big name player making the NRL look stupid and handing him over to Rugby. If all this would of being handle better maybe, just maybe Semi wouldn't want to be leaving but obviously he see this as a chance to start a fresh. So if he goes to rugby the NRL can take some of the blame, because Semi dad has been crook for a while (let's hope he ok) and I'm sure he had no thoughts of walking out at the start of the year. Let's hope we loose under 12 points!

It will be trotted out Thursday midday to take attention away from a controversial bunker decision or MRC decision on Wednesday night.

The NRL will announce it just after QLD go up 2-0 in SOO, because one State will be too busy celebrating to care and another will need a distraction from despair.

  That could well be the end of SOO, so maybe the NRL will be trying to forget about that and focus attention elsewhere.
