Big Trouble for Parramatta next week

After watching the Souths vs Brisbane game, we have seen how Suncorp is becoming a cow paddock.

It also doesn’t help that they played a game of Rugby Union on the Saturday night making matters worse.

Parramatta and Gold Coast are going to be the last game of Magic round so the ground will be a shambles.

Parramatta should ask to have the game moved to the Gold Coast home ground Cbus Super Stadium for fear of players getting injured. If Brisbane is in such a disarray why not move the games to Cbus Super Stadium.

I don’t know why we have to have magic round always in Brisbane, I feel Parramatta stadium would also be a great event.

Let’s watch next week games and count the injures.

  • Agree. It's going to be in a terrible condition no matter how good the green keeper is. I agree the game should be moved elsewhere and I also can't understand why this round all games are played at Suncorp. Obviously it's all about money 💰 and not player welfare. There's 3 grounds they could be played at: Suncorp, Dolphins oval in Redcliffe and the Titans home ground.

    • CBus Stadium is always picture perfect

Every time i watch a game there the ground is magnificent condition.

      • I have been told by a source as good as it gets that after traveling the world with Rugby League over many years that Cbus is one of the best grounds to play on , train on , watch , feel etc , on the planet for Rugby League.  I really wanted to travel up for this one but it's not going to happen unfortunately .

        • There's still a slight possibility they may have to change venues if Suncorp is in terrible condition and risks players injury. Only need a few players in earlier games complaining or suffering mild injuries to make the NRL change venues

          • Bull shit . You cannot buy a ticket to a game at X oval and in last minute venue change then as you suggest not be entitled to a full refund if you are not agreeable to travelling to Y oval which is another ground many miles away . What about thousands of people who have prior booked accommodation in Brisbane who do not have a car to drive down to the Gold Coast to watch ? .                                               I bet the ticket terms and conditions do not point to a change of venue preventing a full refund of ticket price ( even in the very fine print ) .

Then as well you have all the contractors and caterers , etc , etc . to consider as well as they have engaged local Brisbane people .

PT PUT ON YOUR THINK TANK !!

            • Really says who? You?🤣😂. Mate all things are possible. If a train breaks down they transport people onto buses. There's always alternatives regardless of people wanting their money 💰 back. If a player gets a serious injury due to a terrible oval condition then it would be utter foolishness, stupidity and a breach of the code of conduct if the NRL didn't change venues. They could also open themselves up to liability. But you obviously call that Bull🐂Poo 💩 too 😂

              • Yeh right as if NRL or QLD government will provide free transport from Suncorp Stadium Brisbane to the TITANS Gold Coast footy ground..

                • Actually they do, trains are free all the way down to Robina, and back. Buses are free too.

                  • Well there you go Driza SC as Brett just informed us and I didn't know this. Like I said all things are possible. Just have to think outside the box

                  • But even so that's not good enough to overcome being told during next weekend that due to the condition of the field patrons have to journey by the train and bus to the next game next or even or later same day . It cannot work .
