What we would do to have that speed and skill set wearing no 1. Gutho all heart but zero pace and getting slower at the back .
Yes .But just shows the difference between our comp and theirs . Bevan could not even get a contract here but carves them up over there .
Bring back French and punt Simmonson
My young bloke scored 9 a few weeks ago against Port Kembla under 8s . It's about the same level of skill.
As good as it is the SL is a Mickey Mouse competition.
Simonsson is a dud and the worst winger in the NRL but he would look like a super star in the SL.
Put French on the wing at Parra and he would get dragged into touch every time he touched the ball.
Put French at Fullback at Parra and every time he toched the ball he would get driven back 30 metres.
Bring him home...and he'll be right at home
French was never used probably by the coach never received the ball early enough until he had a meter to spare ,ofcause he would be (ragdolled ) .Now he is older and more experienced and much wiser ,critics on here amaze me with there self professed wisdom, i may not be as wise as some here but I would have him back .
