Bevan French. Is he our best option?

Seeing this kid every week, there's no doubt he's got talent. My only concern is that he is our last line of defence and he just doesn't have the body for it. He is an attacking weapon but when your FB can't even run the ball back from a kick without getting dragged back 5 metres you've got issues. Do you think he needs to be shifted to the wing? Or just some more defensive coaching and experience?

    Gutho at fullback.. he has made all the breaks, has speed and is 191cm for the high kick

    Considering we now have an injured right wing Brad Arthur once again won't have to make a selection decision. It seems our discussions regarding team selection are pointless considering how many injuries we always get.

    Until he puts on more weight I would say gutho is the better option at the back
