I agree regarding Bev. Now doubt he's a talented player and is a genuine try-scoring threat. The issue in our team is that we don't have a massive back who can take a lot of the hard carries. Bev's issues were covered last year in regards to his size was the work Semi did out of the back field. Having Semi take the ball up meant defences weren't set and couldn't swamp Bev on the next carry which meant he could use his speed around the ruck to make metres. When you're small and the line is set you'll have nowhere to go.
Exactly right, to be frank, Bev cant hold his own as a winger or FB and we are not in the position to carry his short comings.
We need size and power, players who can hold their own and make a position there own, not just behind a winning team, but somebody who can hold their own when the chips are down, sadly people need to face the reality, Bev cant do any of that, his weaknesses well outweigh his strengths
If he was struggling, why was he named to start ? Moeroa was also struggling with concussion and named, then was concussed again. 3 concussions in 5 days.
"Fuck I feel sorry for Lomax considering how this is unfolding , signs with us thinking we are one or two key players off being a title threat. Fast forward and he's playing under a coach on his L plates , Moses is on constant annual leave , we have…"
"I think we are definitely pushing for athletes right now. I think thats why we are not 100% consistent right now in the junior grades. Lot of raw ability and talent which is making them win games but lacking the experiences and football nous to be…"
"He made his cub debut last year. He will be pushed through next year into cup. Just hard to find a spot for him in the backrow when Carty, Latu, Keir, Guymer, Kelma all play backrow rn.
I am too young to know about about Grothe Snr. But Nikora is…"

Bevs struggling with RL, hes the oppositions biatch out there, the weakest link.
About fucking time, ive been calling for this, Brad must have read my blog ;)
Bevs not fit for 1st grade now or any time soon, i truely hope this is true, pitty it took BA so long.
Amanda and i had a little bet over this only a few weeks ago, i told her that he would be dropped and his days are numbered here.
If he is in fact dropped i hope Brads realised we need a new direction, we need size and power, weve no time or room to carry Bev any longer.
