  No I haven't heard of those players sorry,
  
  but i do know jarryd Hayne was a better player then Ken Thornett, when the competition had players like thurston, smith, slater probably the best thats ever played hayne won Dally M twice!!!! And dominated the NSW team and played for Australia on more occasions then Thornett....Thornett was my fathers fav player but biased favourites dont make it only the best.....
  
  as for jamie Lyon, no fukn way !!' he played for parra with great potential and full filled that potential at Manly- no thanks

        Some of my fondest memories was sitting on the hill under the BMI or BMG scoreboard (someone can correct me on the name) watching Jimmy jump for one of Johnny Peards bombs to score in the cnr. Yep Slugg I will be in the nursing home telling these stories to the nurses soon LOL

        Ken Thornett was dependable and brilliant. The Eadie of the 60s. Hayne was enigmatic and brilliant in 2009 but in and out of games before and after. Thornett for me. And yes I am geriatric enough to compare.
