Best halfback option?

My family concluded this...Luke Bert has a great football brain and a great kicking game,put him at halfback with the out of form Mortimer at 5/8th,put Grothe at Lock,he is a natural.He always wants to work but leaves his line on the wing too many times to look for the ball.Put Inu on the wing,Also Cayliss has to go.like he is getting old and slow and doesnt hit it up at all, Also Robson is away with the pixies when we attack,no idea what to do!!!!!..These young big guys from other teams are too damm fast in attack,just look at the storm,how many meters they make in attack.Basically we lack some one controlling the game,a leader and good field kicker to add pressure or eleviate it.Plus we need a group of DEDICATED forwards to make some meters,not just barge an fall over and get up panting and sweating,it looks bad on close ups on TV.Is fitness a problem?....Duh ....Ok there has to be a way of improving a side that is unfit an lacks leadership......thnx...solara
