  Depends which way you look at the decade, 2000-2009 or 2001-2010. JT and Buettner were great, but were together for only 1 year so did not have that much influence on the decade. Likewise Lyon only played a handful of games in 2000 (if any), broke his leg in 2002 and then did the runner in 2003. Vella and Wagon were much maligned in the end, but think back to their contribution in the early part of the decade, both were mainstays in the state of origin teams. I really wanted to include Dymock and Jason Smith, but Dymock only played 1 year in the decade (2000), and Smith only played about 8 games that year due to his high shot on Mad Dog.
