Bennett's choice for next immortal!!

Finally Wayne has spoken finally some common sense and he has advocated norm "stick" provan will be his choice when he votes for the 9th immortal. I still couldn't believe Andrew "ecstasy" johns was voted in before old sticks. This decision was a fucken disgrace. Let's honour the old legends before they passed away. Lockyer and meninga have got plenty of time to be recognised.

  • Who actually votes on this? Not sure why Bennett gets a vote.
  • Totally agree Ed!

  • I’ve been told coaches are included in this vote,

    • Ok poppa tell us who's your pick for the next immortal ?
  • Brett Kenny walked on water
  • Ray Price definately deserves to be an immortal. Afterall, he is our greatest eel. (Forget post footie)

  • The decision to make Andrew Johns an immortal has take all the credibility out of this honour. And if Smith & Thurston get in before others, that will be it. It's something that should be awarded long after you retire.
  • Personally, losing the 2001 Grand final with statistically the best club team in history to a Immortal of the game feels a lot better in my stomach then choking to some heavily over-rated two-bit sausage dog.

Hell On Eels replied to Johnny Suede's discussion Lomax legal promise could create salary-cap headache for Storm
"LB, Eli, good stuff gents. We've acted in good-faith. By the book. With clean hands. Lomax appears not to. Still, equity is not unlikely to view an NRL-wide 3-year restraint until 31Oct 28' as overly-punitive and read it down.
We'd still win,…"
