    6 years at 1 million a year? U would be stupid not to. Especially when Brisbanes offer was 3 years at about 500k

  Brisbane don't need him anymore now that they've signed Korbin Simms whom they are grooming to play halfback in 2018 after Hunt leaves. That's why K Simms is only getting 85K this year, it's all they reckon he's worth playing for Redcliffe learning his trade as a halfback.

  I'm still not convinced on gutho at 6.i know he killed it last year but he had no pressure on him we had nothing to lose.. hope we can get a good half next year with Norman...

    You don't think that Gutherson would have put pressure on himself to perform? Are you also disregarding every player's performance last year because we had nothing to play for?

    "still not convinced" - as if you've seen him play more than 4 games in a position he'd just started learning. That's a pretty backwards way of thinking, placing judgement on a player who you haven't even seen play the position after a full pre-season of training in it.
