Beau Henry has not been offered a contract extension by the Titans and is being courted by the Eels. The 24-year-old managed only three NRL games this year because of persistent knee problems and has struggled to live up to the hype which surrounded his junior career, when he was named the 2009 National Youth Competition’s player of the year.If the Eels sign Henry it would be his fourth NRL club after stints at St George Illawarra and Newcastle before the Titans. He played for the Dragons'Toyota Cup from 2008 to 2010, scoring over 400 points. At the end of 2009, Henry won the 2009 Toyota Cup Player of the Year award. He was also named at halfback in the 2009 Toyota Cup Team of the Year.http://m.couriermail.com.au/sport/nrl/gold-coast-titans-lose-utility-brad-takairangi-to-wests-tigers-beau-henry-talking-to-parramatta/story-fnp0lyn6-1227063238428?nk=a65cc2ece77ac8fe8b6dc979591dfa7f

  • Great another nuffie reserve grader.  Hey at least he is white.........

    • Why do fools even mention this rubbish!!! Comments like that must come when you get your first pube!!
    • Another player plucked from the hospital bed by Parra. What doesn't Westmead Hospital have enough patients?

  • Would be on a second tier contract for 2015. Definitely not a top 25 signing and could be a good signing if he overcomes he's injuries.
  • Another 'DEPTH' signing. The only person I know who is more concerned about depth, other than BA, is my missus.
Are we running out two Wenty teams next year?
    • LOL tank is your missus suffrering from a lack of depth?

  • He might replace Luke Kelly
    • Kelly that is quietly guiding Wenty towards a GF appearance. Steady presence, playmaking, goalkicking. I hate it when players get undervalued, whilst others get overvalued

    • Yeah I'd keep Kelly for another 12 months. He's a good handy back up player, who can kick goals too. Henery is still a pretty handy player too. A lot of depth next year.
  • Another DA signing, welcome back to 2011 people.........

I reckon if Semi, Haynes or Sivo had persisted in the NRL we might be talking about them breaking the NRL try scoring record. I think Semi and Hayne were close to 1 try per game average over 100 games? Thoughts?
