By the look of things you wouldn't want to be a winger outside him.
Should be in the centres with Morgan. One can't pass and the other won't pass. I am not expecting big things from Champion.
This is a highlights package don't forget. The people that make this sort of video pick the best individual tries to put on the reel rather than their best highlights. In a lot of Hayne's packages you'll see him running the ball but we all know that between 2010-2013 was feeding his outside men with some quality passes.
I take you point, Ham, but drawing your opponent and passing to your wing looks alright on video too. Champion never struck me as anything but an average or slightly above average centre and he has had almost two years of injuries. I cannot believe so many people are slotting him into first grade. I would be giving Morgan first shot after an off-season of learning how to be better in attack and defence. Don't forget Morgan only got into FG on the back of injuries so I am not certain his shortcomings cannot be rectified with a show of confidence and good coaching.
I think Champion he be a great buy for us yes he dont like to pass as long as we are doing the scoreing and winning
